1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 906
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 906 on page 3 by
3 replacing lines 26 and 27 with the following:
4 "If a township located within a county with a population of
5 less than 600,000 or more than 3,000,000 has a plan
6 commission, and the plan"; and
7 on page 4 by replacing lines 11 and 12 with the following:
8 "(a) In townships with a population of more than 500 located
9 in counties with a population of less than 600,000 or more
10 than 3,000,000,".
