1 AN ACT making an appropriation to the Department of
2 Agriculture.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The amount of $200,000, or as much of that
6 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department
7 of Agriculture for the purpose of Johne's Disease
8 (Mycobacterium paratuberculosis) testing for the Voluntary
9 Johne's Disease Herd Certification Program.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
11 1, 1999.
