1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 805
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 805 on page 1,
3 line 25, by replacing "$20,000,000" with "an amount, not to
4 exceed $20,000,000, equal to the amount appropriated by the
5 General Assembly for grants under this Section"; and
6 on page 2, lines 1 and 2, by replacing "subject to
7 appropriations for those grants" with "in an amount not to
8 exceed the amount transferred to the Fund".
