 1        AN ACT to amend the Fence Act.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Fence Act is amended  by  adding  Section
 5    0.05 as follows:

 6        (765 ILCS 130/0.05 new)
 7        Sec.  0.05.  Hedge  fence.   As used in this Act.  "Hedge
 8    fence" means any fence or boundary formed by a dense  row  of
 9    shrubs, trees, or other vegetative matter.
