1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 737
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 737 on page 4, by
3 replacing lines 2 and 3 with the following:
4 "(f) When a fine for a violation of subsection (a) is
5 $150 or greater, the person who violates subsection (a) shall
6 be charged an additional"; and
7 on page 4, line 14, after "with", by inserting "school zone
8 safety education and".
