1 AN ACT regarding appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. The sum of $200,000, or so much thereof as
5 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
6 Fund to the Illinois Department of Natural Resources for
7 support efforts to eradicate the Asian long-horned beetle
8 infestation and urban reforestation.
9 Section 5. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
10 July 1, 1999.
