1 AN ACT regarding appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. The sum of $19,000,000, or so much thereof as
5 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Capital
6 Development Fund to the Board of Trustees of Chicago State
7 University to construct a new library at Chicago State
8 University, including planning, construction, equipment, and
9 any other such expenses as may be necessary to complete the
10 facility.
11 Section 5. Effective date. The Act becomes effective on
12 July 1, 1999.
