2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 649, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to the page and line numbers of House
4 Amendment No. 1, on page 1, line 9, by inserting after
5 "create" the following:
6 "or attempt to create"; and
7 on page 1, line 16, by changing "womb" to "person"; and
8 on page 2, line 5, by changing "womb" to "person".
