91_SB0613eng SB613 Engrossed BOB-LCC2000 1 AN ACT regarding appropriations. 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 3 represented in the General Assembly: 4 Section 1. The following named amounts, or so much 5 thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects 6 and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated from the 7 Dram Shop Fund to the Liquor Control Commission: 8 For Personal Services ........................ $ 1,975,000 9 For Employee Retirement Contributions 10 Paid by Employer ............................ 78,100 11 For State Contributions to State 12 Employees' Retirement System ................ 191,900 13 For State Contributions to 14 Social Security ............................. 151,200 15 For Group Insurance .......................... 295,800 16 For Contractual Services ..................... 291,900 17 For Travel ................................... 102,700 18 For Commodities .............................. 18,700 19 For Printing ................................. 9,200 20 For Equipment ................................ 10,800 21 For Electronic Data Processing ............... 43,500 22 For Telecommunications Services .............. 72,000 23 For Operation of Automotive Equipment......... 35,200 24 For Refunds .................................. 2,000 25 Total $3,278,000 26 Section 2. The sum of $145,000, or so much thereof as 27 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue 28 Fund to the Liquor Control Commission for deposit into the 29 Dram Shop Fund. 30 Section 3. The sum of $145,000, or so much thereof as 31 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Dram Shop Fund to SB613 Engrossed -2- BOB-LCC2000 1 the Liquor Control Commission for regulation of alcoholic 2 liquor shipments via express companies, common carriers or 3 contract carriers to guard against illegal shipments to 4 minors. 5 Section 4. The amount of $670,000, or so much thereof as 6 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Dram Shop Fund to 7 the Liquor Control Commission to conduct a study to determine 8 the extent of enforcement of laws relating to access by 9 minors to tobacco products. 10 Section 5. The following amounts, or so much thereof as 11 may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated for the 12 Retailer Education Program from the Dram Shop Fund to the 13 Liquor Control Commission, for the objects and purposes 14 hereinafter named: 15 For Personal Services ........................ $ 88,000 16 For Employee Retirement Contributions 17 Paid by Employer ............................ 3,500 18 For State Contributions to State 19 Employees' Retirement System ................ 8,500 20 For State Contributions to 21 Social Security ............................. 6,900 22 For Group Insurance .......................... 11,600 23 For Contractual Services ..................... 69,200 24 For Travel ................................... 7,000 25 For Commodities .............................. 2,400 26 For Printing ................................. 36,200 27 For Equipment ................................ 1,000 28 For Electronic Data Processing ............... 10,000 29 For Telecommunications Services .............. 5,000 30 Total $249,300 31 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July SB613 Engrossed -3- BOB-LCC2000 1 1, 1999.
