1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 595, IN THE HOUSE
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 595, in the House,
3 with reference to line numbers and page numbers in Senate
4 Amendment 2, on page 1, line 6, by deleting "start-up" and
5 inserting in lieu thereof "operating"; and,
6 on page 1 of Senate Amendment 2 as amended by House Amendment
7 1, by reinserting the following:
8 "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
9 1, 1999.".
