The following named amounts, or so much 6 thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects 7 and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated from the 8 General Revenue Fund to the Board of Trustees of Governors 9 State University to meet its ordinary and contingent expenses 10 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2000: 11 For Personal Services, including 12 payment to the University for 13 personal services costs incurred 14 during the fiscal year................. $17,518,100 15 For State Contributions to Social 16 Security............................... 112,500 17 For Contractual Services.................... 2,133,600 18 For Travel.................................. 139,500 19 For Commodities............................. 384,400 20 For Equipment and Library Books............. 1,430,200 21 For Telecommunication Services.............. 282,600 22 For Operation of Automotive Equipment....... 79,600 23 For Awards and Grants and Matching Funds.... 154,600 24 For Permanent Improvements.................. 0 25 Total.................................. $22,235,100 26 Section 10.
