1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 541
2 AMENDMENT NO. ____. Amend Senate Bill 541, on page 3, by
3 replacing lines 12 and 13 with the following:
4 "(h) (c) Any person who, in good faith, acts in
5 accordance with the terms of this Section shall not be
6 subject to any type of civil or criminal liability or
7 discipline for unprofessional conduct for those actions.".
