3 line 5, by deleting "9-1,"; and
4 on page 1, by deleting lines 7 through 31; and
5 by deleting all of pages 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10; and
6 on page 11, by deleting lines 1 through 5; and
7 on page 11, by replacing lines 11 and 12 with the following:
8 "poisonous gas, a deadly"; and
9 on page 13, by replacing lines 27 and 28 with the following:
10 "transports any poisonous gas,"; and
11 on page 13, line 29, by deleting "defense,"; and
12 on page 14, line 1, by replacing "any offense" with "a felony
13 "; and
14 on page 17, line 18, by inserting after "nature" the
15 following:
16 "or a container holding poison gas, a deadly biological or
17 chemical contaminent, or radioactive substance"; and
18 on page 17, line 19, by inserting "or release" after
19 "explosion"; and
