2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 430 on page 2, by
3 replacing line 9 with the following:
4 "11-90-5 of this Code be changed to make September 30,
5 1999 the"; and
6 on page 2, by replacing line 29 with the following:
7 "(g) this Section is repealed on September 30, 1999.";
8 and
9 page 4, by replacing line 1 with the following:
10 (e) This Section is repealed on September 30, 1999.".
