1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 288
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 288 on page 3 by
3 replacing lines 28 and 29 with the following:
4 "In enforcing this paragraph, the Department may compel a
5 person licensed"; and
6 on page 5 by deleting lines 25 through 33; and
7 on page 6, line 1, by changing "(c)" to "(b)"; and
8 on page 6, line 3, by changing "reasonable likelihood of" to
9 "possible"; and
10 on page 6 by replacing lines 10, 11, and 12 with the
11 following:
12 "nature of the alleged actions or inactions that constitute
13 the possible violations."; and
14 on page 6, line 18, by changing "dentist or" to "dentist, a";
15 and
16 on page 6, line 19 by changing "hygienist" to "hygienist, or
17 the Department"; and
18 on page 6, line 20, by changing "or dental hygienist" to ", a
19 dental hygienist, or the Department"; and
20 on page 6, line 23, by changing "or dental hygienist" to ",
