6 To the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the
7 House of Representatives:
8 We, the conference committee appointed to consider the
9 differences between the houses in relation to House
10 Amendments Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4 to Senate Bill 286, recommend
11 the following:
12 (1) that the House recede from House Amendments Nos. 1,
13 2, and 3; and
14 (2) that the Senate concur in House Amendment No. 4.
