1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 223
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 223, on page 1, by
3 replacing line 29 with the following:
4 "convicted of a felony to the"; and
5 on page 1, line 30, by replacing "and circuit clerk" with
6 "and, in cases in which revocation upon release from the
7 Department of Corrections of the person's driver's license
8 was a part of the sentence, to the circuit clerk"; and
9 on page 2, line 1, by replacing "and circuit clerk" with
10 "and, in cases in which revocation upon release from the
11 Department of Corrections of the person's driver's license
12 was a part of the sentence, to the circuit clerk".
