1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Landscape Architecture Act
2 of 1989 by changing Section 5.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Landscape Architecture Act of
6 1989 is amended by changing Section 5 as follows:
7 (225 ILCS 315/5) (from Ch. 111, par. 8105)
8 Sec. 5. Application of Act. Nothing in this Act prevents
9 any person from being engaged in the practice of landscape
10 architecture so long as he does not represent himself as, or
11 use the titles of, "landscape architect" or "registered
12 landscape architect".
