 1        AN ACT to amend the Wildlife  Code  by  changing  Section
 2    1.9-1.

 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        Section 5.  The Wildlife  Code  is  amended  by  changing
 6    Section 1.9-1 as follows:

 7        (520 ILCS 5/1.9-1) (from Ch. 61, par. 1.9-1)
 8        Sec. 1.9-1.  Designation of State game farms.
 9        The  following  described  areas  are designated as State
10    game farms:
11        Wilmington State Game Farm in Will County;
12        Glen D. Palmer State Game Farm in Kendall County;
13        Mt.  Vernon State Game Farm in Jefferson County.
