1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 70
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 70 on page 3 by
3 replacing lines 1 and 2 with the following:
4 (c) Upon a referral from the Ombudsman the State's
5 Attorney of the county in which any violation of this Act
6 occurs or the Attorney General shall bring such actions in
7 the name of the people of the State of Illinois or may in
8 addition to other remedies provided in this Act, bring action
9 for an injunction to restrain such violation.
