1 AN ACT to amend the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act by
2 changing Section 14.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Retailers' Occupation Tax Act is amended
6 by changing Section 14 as follows:
7 (35 ILCS 120/14) (from Ch. 120, par. 453)
8 Sec. 14. Short title; tax. This Act shall be known as the
9 "Retailers' Occupation Tax Act" and the tax herein imposed
10 shall be in addition to all other occupation or privilege
11 taxes imposed by the State of Illinois or by any municipal
12 corporation or political subdivision thereof.
