1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 37
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 37 on page 1, line
3 30, before "on", by inserting "(i)"; and
4 on page 2, line 1, before the period, by inserting "and (ii)
5 a summary of the reasons for the tax objections set forth in
6 the complaint with enough copies of the summary to be
7 distributed to each of the taxing districts against which the
8 complaint is directed"; and
9 on page 2, lines 9 and 20, by replacing "reason for the tax
10 objection" each time it appears with "summary of the reasons
11 for the tax objections".
