1 AN ACT regarding appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. In addition to any other amounts
5 appropriated, the sum of $22,000,000, or so much thereof as
6 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
7 Fund to the Department of Commerce and Community Affairs for
8 the purpose of providing partial funds for planning, design,
9 engineering and testing, and construction of a low emissions
10 boiler system for Illinois high-sulfur coals.
11 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
12 becoming law.
