1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3 Representatives wish to extend their sincere sympathy to the
4 family and friends of Nicole Renee Siudyla, who recently
5 passed away; and
6 WHEREAS, Nicole Renee Siudyla was born in Springfield,
7 Illinois, on November 7, 1982; she was the daughter of
8 Alexander and Deborah Marie Bouselli Siudyla; and
9 WHEREAS, Nicole Siudyla was a junior at Rochester High
10 School where she was a member of the track team, the tennis
11 team, and the science club; she was actively involved in the
12 after-prom committee, peer mediation, Big Buddies, and the
13 student council; and she was a proud member of the honor
14 society; and
15 WHEREAS, Nicole Siudyla always had a warm smile and a
16 friendly hello to all who met her; and
17 WHEREAS, Nicole Siudyla was very active with the Division
18 of Cardiothoracic Surgery at the SIU School of Medicine; and
19 WHEREAS, Her passing will be felt by all that knew
20 Nicole, especially her parents, Alexander and Deborah; her
21 brothers, Nicholas, Joshua, Jacob, and Simean; her
22 grandparents, Mary and Anthony Bouselli, and Dorothy Siudyla;
23 and her aunts, uncles, and cousins; therefore, be it
24 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
25 NINETY-FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
26 we extend our deepest and most heartfelt condolences to the
27 family and friends of Nicole Renee Siudyla, who truly was a
28 bright star in the world; and be it further
29 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
30 presented to the family of Nicole Renee Siudyla.
