1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3 Representatives wish to extend their sincere condolences to
4 the family and friends of Rosemary A. Baker, R.N., of
5 Chicago, Illinois, who recently passed away; and
6 WHEREAS, Rosemary Baker was a retired nurse from
7 Evangelical Hospital and the Little Company of Mary Hospital;
8 Mrs. Baker worked thirty-five years providing quality care to
9 her patients; and
10 WHEREAS, The passing of Rosemary Baker will be felt by
11 all that knew her, especially her loving husband, Paul A.
12 Baker; her daughter, Diane (Kendall) Wallin; her brothers,
13 Edward and George Jenco; her sisters, Dorothy Bates, Frances
14 Cole, Susan Redinger, and Marianne Jourdan; she was preceded
15 in death by her cousin, the late Reverend Martin Jenco;
16 therefore, be it
17 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
18 NINETY-FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
19 we send our sincere sympathy to the family and friends of
20 this dedicated caregiver, Rosemary A. Baker, R.N.; and be it
21 further
22 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
23 presented to her husband, Paul A. Baker.
