1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of this body are happy to recognize
3 the excellence of young athletes and wish to congratulate the
4 bowling team of Gibault Catholic High School of Waterloo on
5 winning the Division C Championship in the Boys High School
6 Bowling of the Southern Illinois Bowling Conference, the
7 Collinsville Super Bowl Invitational, and the Illinois Boys
8 State Championship; and
9 WHEREAS, Led and inspired by Coach Anthony Palazzolo,
10 with the help of Coach Larry Schaltenbrand, Jr., the team
11 members are Eric Frey, Matt Kaestner, Tim Mitchell, Chris
12 Monterusso, and Aaron Woodside; and
13 WHEREAS, The achievements of the Gibault Catholic High
14 School Boys Bowling Team confirms our belief that hard work
15 and dedication are effective when you set goals and strive to
16 achieve them; therefore, be it
17 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
18 NINETY-FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
19 we congratulate the Gibault Catholic High School Boys Bowling
20 Team on winning the Illinois Boys State Championship, the
21 Southern Illinois Bowling Conference, and the Collinsville
22 Super Bowl Invitational; that we commend the coaches on their
23 inspired leadership; and that we extend our best wishes to
24 the coach and the team for continued success in the future;
25 and be it further
26 RESOLVED, That suitable copies of this resolution be
27 presented to Coaches Anthony Palazzolo and Larry
28 Schaltenbrand, Jr. and each member of the Gibault Catholic
29 High School Boys Bowling Team.
