1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3 Representatives are pleased to honor milestones in the lives
4 of citizens of the State of Illinois; and
5 WHEREAS, Mary Hess, Administrative Assistant to the
6 President/CEO of Central Baptist Children's Home in Lake
7 Villa, Illinois, will retire on March 31, 2000; and
8 WHEREAS, Mary Hess began her career at Central Baptist
9 Children's Home as a clerk typist; in 1985 she was promoted
10 to the position of Administrative Assistant to the
11 President/CEO; and
12 WHEREAS, Mary Hess is also dedicated to helping the
13 families that Central Baptist Children's Home deals with on a
14 daily basis; she is considered a mentor, a listener, and an
15 ambassador; she served where she was needed, and has touched
16 many lives during her time with Central Baptist Children's
17 Home; therefore, be it
18 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
19 NINETY-FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
20 we congratulate Mary Hess on a job well done; we convey our
21 fondest wishes for her future; and be it further
22 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
23 presented to Mary Hess.
