1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, Holly A. Boone was born in Ingalls Memorial
3 Hospital on March 26, 1960, the daughter of Albert J. and
4 Helen M. Boone; and
5 WHEREAS, Holly Boone was raised in Tinley Park with her
6 siblings, Nancy A., Glen A., and Cory E. Boone; she attended
7 Tinley Park High School, and now resides in Lockport, in
8 Homer Township, in Will County, which is located in
9 Representative Brent Hassert's district; and
10 WHEREAS, Holly Boone loves the outdoors, trail riding,
11 barrel racing, and observing golf; she raises, shows, and
12 rides quarter-horses; she also has a miniature donkey, two
13 rottweilers, a fox terrier, and many cats; and
14 WHEREAS, Holly Boone likes to spend time with her family,
15 including her siblings, parents, her brother-in-law, Daniel
16 E. Celske, her niece and nephew, Ellen and Quinn Cleske, and
17 her Uncle Ira "Bud" and Stella Boone; she is fondly known as
18 "Auntie Pugs" by her niece and nephew; and
19 WHEREAS, As of September 2000, she will have worked for
20 the Illinois State Medical Society for 22 years, serving in
21 the Governmental Affairs Division; she looks as young as the
22 day she started, except for hair now three feet shorter and
23 occasional memory lapses; and
24 WHEREAS, Serving at the Illinois State Medical Society
25 (ISMS), Holly Boone has provided prompt and cheerful service
26 to the many physicians and elected officials who have called
27 the ISMS Governmental Affairs Division; and
28 WHEREAS, Holly Boone has maintained a bright and blithe
29 disposition in spite of putting up with Susan Albin, Lou
30 Bosie, Betty Duffy, Jeff Holden, Rob Kane, Bobbi Kehoe,
31 Cheryl Koos, Al Lerner, Saul Morse, Joyce Nardulli, Suzanne

1 Nelson, Kate Jarvie, Jeanette Schneider, Jim Tierney, Pam
2 Thomas, and Don Udstuen; therefore, be it
3 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
4 NINETY-FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
5 we congratulate Holly A. Boone for her hard work and
6 dedication to the Illinois State Medical Society; and we
7 congratulate her on turning forty on March 26, 2000; and be
8 it further
9 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
10 presented to Holly Boone.
