1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of this Body are happy to recognize
3 individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the
4 well-being of the citizens of this State; and
5 WHEREAS, Edward Horan is celebrating the 80th anniversary
6 of his birth; and
7 WHEREAS, He was born on March 21, 1919 in Chicago; he
8 married Angie Morris on August 31, 1940; he has a daughter
9 and son-in-law, Kathy and Dennis Meunier, and two
10 grandchildren, Dennis and Kelly; and
11 WHEREAS, Edward Horan is a retired President of the
12 Milkdrivers Union Local #743; he was a milkman and became
13 Business Agent for the Union; and
14 WHEREAS, Edward Horan has earned the respect and
15 admiration of all who have come to know him; therefore, be it
16 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
17 NINETY-FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
18 we congratulate Edward Horan on his 80th birthday and wish
19 him the best of luck in the future; and be it further
20 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
21 presented to Edward Horan as an expression of our esteem.
