1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3 Representatives are pleased to honor milestones in the many
4 service organizations within the State; and
5 WHEREAS, The Joliet Area Council of PTAs is celebrating
6 their 75th anniversary this year; a reception and celebration
7 will be held to celebrate 75 years of caring; and
8 WHEREAS, Through their selfless devotion the P.T.A. has
9 raised money, sponsored legislation, and donated time and
10 energy for the sake of a child's education; every child is
11 treated the same by the P.T.A., with thoughts of safety,
12 welfare, and educational needs being treated; therefore, be
13 it
14 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
15 NINETY-FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
16 we congratulate the Joliet Area Council of PTAs on the
17 occasion of their 75th anniversary of caring; and be it
18 further
19 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
20 presented to the Joliet Area Council of PTAs.
