1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, On February 1, 1998, the world welcomed Joseph
3 Louis Shapiro; and
4 WHEREAS, Joseph is the son of Marcy and Ben Shapiro of
5 Wilmette and the brother of Sam, Zachary, and Jessica; his
6 grandparents are Doris and Paul Fine; and
7 WHEREAS, Joseph celebrated his first birthday with his
8 family and friends; and
9 WHEREAS, A first birthday is a grand occasion and worthy
10 of our highest praise; therefore, be it
11 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
12 NINETY-FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
13 we wish Joseph Louis Shapiro a happy birthday and extend our
14 wishes for many more; and be it further
15 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
16 presented to Joseph Louis Shapiro as an expression of our
17 esteem.
