1 HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its
3 Report on Waiver of School Code Mandates, dated April 22,
4 1999, with the Senate, the House of Representatives, and the
5 Secretary of State of Illinois as required by Section 2-3.25g
6 of the School Code; therefore, be it
7 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
8 NINETY-FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE
9 SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that the school district waiver
10 request identified below by school district name and by the
11 identifying number and subject area of the waiver request as
12 summarized in the report filed by the State Board of
13 Education is disapproved:
