1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The amount of $32,000,000, or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated for State fiscal
6 year 2001 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of
7 Revenue for the payment of senior citizens property tax
8 rebates as provided in Section 15-173 of the Property Tax
9 Code.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
11 becoming law.
