1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. The amount of $500,000, or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Capital
6 Development Fund to the Capital Development Board for a grant
7 to Community Consolidated School District #47 for the
8 purposes of construction, remodeling, rehabilitation, and
9 reconstruction of educational facilities.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
11 July 1, 2000.
