1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Vehicle Code by changing
2 Sections 13-102 and 13A-101.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by
6 changing Sections 13-102 and 13A-101 as follows:
7 (625 ILCS 5/13-102) (from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 13-102)
8 Sec. 13-102. Tests and investigations.
9 The Department shall conduct tests and make
10 investigations to determine the kind and type of equipment
11 necessary to test the brakes, lights, frame, wheels, steering
12 apparatus, including camber and caster of the axle, and
13 toe-in and tracking of the wheels, and all other devices and
14 appliances referred to in this Act. The Department ; and
15 shall make public its findings and furnish upon request a
16 list of the various testing devices approved by it.

19 Sec. 13A-101. Short title. This Chapter shall be known
20 and may be cited as the Vehicle Emissions Inspection Law.
