The Downstate Forest Preserve District Act is 6 amended by changing Section 3 as follows: 7 (70 ILCS 805/3) (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 6304) 8 Sec. 3. Judicial notice of downstate forest preserve 9 districts. All courts shall take judicial notice of all 10 forest preserve districts organized under this Act. 11 (Source: Laws 1947, p.1027.)
