The sum of $200,000, or so much thereof as 16 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Environmental 17 Protection Trust Fund to the Environmental Protection Agency 18 for oversight of site development at solid waste management 19 facilities in accordance with the purposes specified or 20 contributed funds. 21 Section 36. The sum of $300,000, or so much thereof as 27 may be necessary, and remains unexpended at the close of 28 business on June 30, 2000, from appropriations heretofore 29 made in Article 29, Section 85 of Public Act 91-20, as 30 amended, is reappropriated from the Fund for Illinois' Future 31 to the Environmental Protection Agency for a grant to the -35- HDS91HB4509GPa108cm 1 Village of Raymond for infrastructure improvements. 2 Section 87. The sum of $300,000, or so much thereof as 3 may be necessary, and remains unexpended at the close of 4 business on June 30, 2000, from appropriations heretofore 5 made in Article 29, Section 86 of Public Act 91-20, as 6 amended, is reappropriated from the Fund for Illinois' Future 7 to the Environmental Protection Agency for a rant to the 8 Virden Sanitary District for lift station and line 9 replacement. 10 Section 88. The sum of $200,000, or so much thereof as 11 may be necessary, and remains unexpended at the close of 12 business on June 30, 2000, from appropriation heretofore made 13 in Article 29, Section 87 of Public Act 91-20, as amended, is 14 reappropriated from the Fund for Illinois' Future to the 15 Environmental Protection Agency for a grant to the City of 16 Benld for a new water tower. 17 Section 89. The sum of $150,000, or so much thereof as 18 may be necessary, and remains unexpended at the close of 19 business on June 30, 2000, from appropriations heretofore 20 made in Article 29, Section 88 of Public Act 91-20,as 21 amended, is reappropriated from the Fund for Illinois' Future 22 to the Environmental Protection Agency for a grant to the 23 Village of Peotone for water main replacement on Blaine 24 Street. 25 Section 90. The sum of $106,000, or so much thereof as 26 may be necessary, and remains unexpended at the close of 27 business on June 30, 2000, from appropriations heretofore 28 made in Article 29, Section 89 of Public Act 91-20, as 29 amended, is appropriated from the Fund for Illinois' Future 30 to the Environmental Protection Agency for a grant to the -36- HDS91HB4509GPa108cm 1 City of Stonington for the replacement of Route 48 water 2 main. 3 Section 91. The sum of $25,000, or so much thereof as 4 may be necessary, and remains unexpended at the close of 5 business on June 30, 2000, from appropriations heretofore 6 made in Article 29, Section 90 of Public Act 91-20, as 7 amended, is reappropriated from the Fund for Illinois' Future 8 to the Environmental Protection Agency for a grant to the 9 City of Jacksonville for drainage work for youth soccer 10 fields. 11 Section 92. The sum of $40,000, or so much thereof as 12 may be necessary, and remains unexpended at the close of 13 business on June 30, 2000, from appropriations heretofore 14 made in Article 29, Section 91 of Public Act 91-20, as 15 amended, is reappropriated from the Fund for Illinois' Future 16 to the Environmental Protection Agency for a grant to the 17 City of Ottawa to extend the water main to Community 18 Hospital. 19 Section 93. The sum of $128,000, or so much thereof as 20 may be necessary, and remains unexpended at the close of 21 business on June 30, 2000, from appropriations heretofore 22 made in Article 29, Section 92 of Public Act 91-20, as 23 amended, is reappropriated from the Fund for Illinois' Future 24 to the Environmental Protection Agency for a grant to the 25 City of Earlville to design a new wastewater treatment 26 facility. 27 Section 94. The sum of $2,540,500, or so much thereof as 28 may be necessary, and remains unexpended at the close of 29 business on June 30, 2000, from appropriations heretofore 30 made in Article 29, Section 93 of Public Act 91-20, as -37- HDS91HB4509GPa108cm 1 amended, is reappropriated from the Fund for Illinois' Future 2 to the Environmental Protection Agency for grants to units of 3 local governments and educational facilities for water and 4 wastewater infrastructure improvements and equipment. 5 Section 95. The sum of $100,000, or so much thereof as 6 may be necessary, and remains unexpended at the close of 7 business on June 30, 2000, from appropriations heretofore 8 made in Article 29, Section 95 of Public Act 91-20,as 9 amended, is reappropriated from the Fund for Illinois' Future 10 to the Environmental Protection Agency for a grant to the 11 City of Jacksonville to conduct a city-wide utility study. 12 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on 13 July 1, 2000.".
