1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. The amount of $1, or so much of that amount as
5 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
6 Fund to the Secretary of State for the ordinary and
7 contingent expenses of the Office of the Secretary of State.
8 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on July
9 1, 2000.
