1 AN ACT in relation to transportation.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Toll Highway Act is amended by changing
5 Section 6 as follows:
6 (605 ILCS 10/6) (from Ch. 121, par. 100-6)
7 Sec. 6. Time for performing duties; secretary; quorum.
8 Immediately after such appointment and qualification as
9 hereinafter provided said chairman and directors shall enter
10 upon their duties. The directors shall biennially select a
11 secretary, who may or may not be a director, and if not a
12 director fix his compensation. Six directors shall constitute
13 a quorum. No vacancy in the said Board of Directors shall
14 impair the right of a quorum of the directors to exercise all
15 the rights and perform all the duties of the Authority.
