1 AN ACT creating the Veterans Memorial Parkway Act.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the
5 Veterans Memorial Parkway Act.
6 Section 5. That part of Interstate Route 74 that begins
7 with the intersection of Interstate Route 74 with Interstate
8 Route 57 and ends with the intersection of Interstate Route
9 74 with U.S. Route 45 is designated as the Veterans Memorial
10 Parkway. Appropriate plaques may be erected by the
11 Department of Transportation along this route in recognition
12 of this designation.
