1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 ARTICLE 1
5 Section 1. The following named sums, or so much thereof
6 as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and
7 purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated to meet the
8 ordinary and contingent expenses of the Department of Labor:

14 Section 5. In addition to any other funds appropriated
15 for that purpose, the sum of $211,100 is appropriated from
16 the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Labor for all
17 costs associated with conducting the study mandated by P.A.
18 87-405, regarding the employment progress of women and
19 minorities.
20 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
21 July 1, 2000.
