The sum of $10,000,000, or so much thereof as 2 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Horse Racing 3 Equity Fund to the Illinois Racing Board for grants pursuant 4 to the Illinois Racing Act of 1975, Section 54, Subparagraph 5 b(1). 6 Section 3. The sum of $10,000,000, or so much thereof as 7 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Horse Racing 8 Equity Fund to the Illinois Racing Board for grants pursuant 9 to the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975, Section 54, 10 Subparagraph b(2). 11 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on 12 July 1, 2000.
