91_HB4381eng HB4381 Engrossed BOB-VPA01 1 AN ACT making appropriations. 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 3 represented in the General Assembly: 4 ARTICLE 32 5 Section 1. The following amounts, or so much thereof as 6 may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated for the 7 objects and purposes named, to meet the ordinary and 8 contingent expenses of Illinois Violence Prevention 9 Authority: 10 Payable from the Violence Prevention Fund: 11 For Personal Services ........................ $ 392,600 12 For Employee Retirement Contributions 13 Paid by Employer ............................ 14,200 14 For State Contributions to State 15 Employees' Retirement System ................ 36,100 16 For State Contribution to 17 Social Security ............................. 30,100 18 For Group Insurance .......................... 54,500 19 For Contractual Services ..................... 150,000 20 For Travel ................................... 20,000 21 For Commodities .............................. 30,000 22 For Printing ................................. 12,700 23 For Equipment ................................ 8,500 24 For Electronic Data Processing ............... 5,000 25 For Telecommunications Services .............. 4,300 26 Total $758,000 27 Payable from the General Revenue Fund: 28 For Personal Services ........................ $ 45,000 29 For Employee Retirement Contributions 30 Paid by Employer ............................ 1,800 31 For State Contributions to State HB4381 Engrossed -2- BOB-VPA01 1 Employees' Retirement System ................ 4,600 2 For State Contribution to 3 Social Security ............................. 3,500 4 For Contractual Services ..................... 93,500 5 For Travel ................................... 5,000 6 For Commodities .............................. 1,800 7 For Equipment ................................ 1,800 8 For Electronic Data Processing ............... 3,000 9 Total $160,000 10 Section 2. The sum of $1,200,000, or so much thereof as 11 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Violence 12 Prevention Fund to the Illinois Violence Prevention Authority 13 for the purpose of awarding grants under the provisions of 14 the Violence Prevention Act of 1995. 15 Section 3. The sum of $2,840,000, or so much thereof as 16 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue 17 Fund to the Illinois Violence Prevention Authority for the 18 purpose of awarding grants under the provisions of the 19 Violence Prevention Act of 1995. 20 Section 4. The amount of $13,900,000, or so much of that 21 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General 22 Revenue Fund to the Illinois Violence Prevention Authority 23 for its Safe to Learn Program. 24 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on 25 July 1, 2000.
