91_HB4379eng HB4379 Engrossed BOB-SWIDA01 1 AN ACT making appropriations. 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 3 represented in the General Assembly: 4 ARTICLE 1 5 Section 1. The sum of $631,297, or so much thereof as 6 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue 7 Fund to the Southwestern Illinois Development Authority for 8 replenishment of a draw on the Debt Service Reserve Fund 9 backing bonds issued on behalf of Laclede Steel. 10 Section 2. The sum of $1,066,297, or so much thereof as 11 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue 12 Fund to the Southwestern Illinois Development Authority for 13 payment of principal and interest on bonds issued on behalf 14 of Laclede Steel. 15 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 16 1, 2000.
