91_HB4376 BOB-LtGov01 1 AN ACT making appropriations. 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 3 represented in the General Assembly: 4 ARTICLE 1 5 Section 1. The following named amounts, or so much 6 thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects 7 and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated from the 8 General Revenue Fund to meet the ordinary and contingent 9 expenses of the Office of the Lieutenant Governor: 10 GENERAL OFFICE 11 For Personal Services ........................ $ 1,408,000 12 For Employee Retirement Contributions 13 Paid by Employer ............................ 56,000 14 For State Contributions to State 15 Employees' Retirement System ................ 140,800 16 For State Contributions to 17 Social Security ............................. 107,000 18 For Contractual Services ..................... 509,000 19 For Travel ................................... 85,000 20 For Commodities .............................. 25,000 21 For Printing ................................. 30,000 22 For Equipment ................................ 7,800 23 For Electronic Data Processing ............... 69,400 24 For Telecommunications Services .............. 86,500 25 For Ordinary and Contingent Expenses of the 26 Rural Affairs Council ....................... 307,000 27 Total $2,831,500 28 The amount of $200,000, or so much thereof as may be 29 necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to 30 the Office of the Lieutenant Governor for the ordinary and 31 contingent expenses of the Illinois River Coordination 32 Council. -2- BOB-LtGov01 1 Section 2. The sum of $110,000, or so much thereof as 2 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Agricultural 3 Premium Fund to the Office of Lieutenant Governor for all 4 costs associated with the Rural Affairs Council including any 5 grants or administration expenses. 6 Section 3. The sum of $75,000, or so much thereof as may 7 be necessary, is appropriated to the Office of the Lieutenant 8 Governor from the Keep Illinois Beautiful Fund for programs 9 approved by the Keep Illinois Beautiful Program Advisory 10 Board. 11 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on 12 July 1, 2000.
