The amount of $40,000, or so much thereof as 25 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Used Tire 26 Management Fund to the Pollution Control Board for the 27 purposes as provided for in Section 55.6 of the Environmental 28 Protection Act. 29 Section 3. The amount of $30,000, or so much thereof as 30 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Clean Air Act 31 Permit Fund to the Pollution Control Board for activities 32 relating to the Clean Air Act Permit Program.
