1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4341
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 4341 on page 3,
3 line 3, by deleting "(a)"; and
4 on page 3, line 5, after "record", by inserting "or records";
5 and
6 on page 3, line 6, after "copied", by inserting ", or that
7 the public body has otherwise failed to comply with this
8 Act"; and
9 on page 3, by replacing lines 7 through 12 with the
10 following:
11 "person who has substantially prevailed in a proceeding under
12 this Section the reasonable costs of enforcing the Act,
13 including reasonable attorney's fees. An award of attorney's
14 fees and costs shall include attorney's fees and costs
15 associated with work on an appeal.".
