1 AN ACT in relation to education.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The School Construction Law is amended by
5 changing Section 5-55 as follows:
6 (105 ILCS 230/5-55)
7 Sec. 5-55. Rules.
8 (a) The Capital Development Board shall promulgate such
9 rules that as it deems necessary for carrying out its
10 responsibilities under the provisions of this Article.
11 (b) The State Board of Education shall promulgate such
12 rules that as it deems necessary for carrying out its
13 responsibilities under the provisions of this Article.
