 1        AN ACT concerning capital facilities.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Capital Development Board Act is  amended
 5    by changing Section 1 as follows:

 6        (20 ILCS 3105/1) (from Ch. 127, par. 771)
 7        Sec. 1.  Short title.  This Act shall be known and may be
 8    cited   as  the  Capital  Development  Board  Act,  hereafter
 9    referred to as "this Act".
