1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. The amount of $268,750, or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Capital
6 Development Fund to the Illinois Environmental Protection
7 Agency for a grant to West City for sewage pumping stations.
8 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
9 July 1, 2000.
